These are RS4 engine covers that came in for refurbishing. These pieces are some of the most badly damaged pieces that we have seen. From doing a little research this is a common problem for the RS4. It was recommended that these need to be replaced. Why replace when you can restore them?

We got to work. Removed the heat damaged epoxy and took the pieces back to raw carbon Fiber.

After a long painstaking process this is the results. The results speak for themselves.

Looks like someone like the AMG monoblocks more than I do 😂

OEM+ CARBON had the pleasure with working with one of the most well known guys in the South African car scenes "Instagram". After alot of blood sweat and tears these are the final products. For your viewing pleasure here are carbon fiber polo pieces.

It's been a busy few days at OEM+. From the E90 Spliter pieces now to this..
BMW e92 M3 steering trim. Customer requested a dry carbon finish to match the existing trim pieces.
Below are some before and after pictures. I will update with pictures once the piece is fitted.

These are a pair of BMW E90 motorsport spliter pieces that had seen better days. These came in for repairs. We fixed all the imperfections, cracks, scratches and a piece of carbon that had broken off. Below are a few pictures of before and after.
