CLOSURE OF ROXSHELL KNITWEAR

All my supporters both on Facebook and from Shongweni market, this page now remains open only for future legal matters.
With a very sad heart I thank you for your support over the last 12 years and wish to inform you all I as owner of Roxshell Knitwear have landed myself in an unfortunate situation where I now sit with Machines but no staff , no yarn and no stock while at Oxford Village has laid false claims to the ownership of all the knits that I stocked in that shop.
Roxshell Knitwear is in no way associated to Vittoria Designs in so much as Roxshell Knitwear has always taken pride in the quality, customer service, workmanship and most important the choice of cotton yarns that has stood the test of time. None of these qualities have been carried through.
Unfortunately my good intentions and starting the proceedings of selling the business of 35 years, was not formally documented and has been proven to be my biggest mistake in that it has been met with hostility and a complete take over of the business without my consent, resulting in crippling financial loss, and my business been (hijacked) with no payments forthcoming, the saddest of all is the loss of employment for 5 loyal employees of 14 years and more, loss of the fundamental assets needed to run the business which now leaves me in a position where I cannot even restart the business even if I wanted to.
