TENDER ADMINISTRATOR
LEKTRATEK WATER TECHNOLOGY , POTCHEFSTROOM
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE :

Coordinate tender / quote preparation with tender team
Prepare tender estimate control sheets in conjunction with tender team
Prepare final tender submissions in conjunction with tender team
Maintain tender documentation and records
Support project managers with preparation of tender and contract documentation
Support project teams with preparation of manuals
Do general tender and client communication
Review tender bulletins and alert tender team of relevant tenders issued
Provide general office administrative support
Experience in public and private procurement processes in South Africa
· Tender/ quotation submission coordination
· Registration and upkeep of BBBEE and CIDB

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· General administrative background required.
· No minimum qualification specified, high level of computer skills (Word and Excel proficient) and administrative skills required
· Knowledge of Municipal/government tender requirements and documentation.
General knowledge in the application of project management principles
Good computer and presentation skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Work under pressure

KEY OUTPUTS
· Preparation and completion of final tender and quotation documentation in terms of procurement process requirements
· Coordination of tender cost estimates
· Maintaining and administration of tender/ quotation documentation and records
· Preparation of other contract documentation for project and management teams
· Coordinate and address tender / quotation correspondence
· Provide general LWT office administrative support
