POSITION INFO:
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Answer incoming telephone enquiries across the companies product range, responding to them and documenting resolution
Maintain customer relationships both internally and externally
Calculating costs / prices for customer policies
Take ownership for incoming enquiries ensuring complete customer satisfaction and query resolution
To keep company records up to date
Skills and experience required for the Call Centre - Customer Service role:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written as well as customer care
Good IT and excellent numeracy skills

Call Centre Agent: Responsibilities
• To provide our customers with an exceptional level of service
• To take inbound calls from our customers, understand their needs and provide them with the right product for them
• To ensure all documentation is issued correctly and meets our compliance standards
• We’re looking for motivated people to come and join our business, helping us to increase revenue and provide an excellent level of customer satisfaction to all of our customers. You will be working within a busy contact centre environment, so you’ll need to not be afraid of speaking to a variety of customers on the phone
Although no experience is required, there are a few things we require from applicants:

Maintain a high ‘customer effort score’ by going above and beyond for customers Complete assigned CRM tasks for follow ups and support calls to clients New Business generation Generate and secure potential revenue by: Calling new prospective clients; Following up on calls. Following up on supplied leads. Achieve set goals and targets. Upsell additional products to existing clients Communication Management Keep client interaction logs up to date on Salesforce Report on campaigns (feedback to clients). Report to and work with other client relationship managers in the Contact Centre to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain ticketing system. Ensure other required documents, reports and email accounts are up to date and accurate.
Qualifications
Grade 10-12 and N3
