Prime Time Sports Academy offers a 4 week STRENGTH & CONDITIONING program for your child. ALL AGES WELCOME!

Practice sessions will take place at Hoër Tegniese Skool, Preoria Tuine every Friday afternoon between 16:00 - 17:00
