Remembering a hero of our struggle for social justice. Today, August 14th, marks 40 years since the tragic loss of Hendrick Matikweni Nkuna, a courageous student activist who fought for a better future.
As we honor his memory on Nkuna Day, we also celebrate 20 years of empowering people through education and community engagement at TUT.
Prof. Mashupye Maserumule, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, reflects on the significance of this day and TUT's commitment to shaping a brighter future for all. #𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒅𝒍𝒚𝑻𝑼𝑻𝑨𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒏𝒊 #𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎𝑮𝑶𝑶𝑫2𝑮𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑻
