Once upon a time, a wealthy man bought two beautiful birds as pets for his garden. When he got home, he handed the two birds to his gardener and asked him to train them. After spending a few days training the birds, the gardener informed his master that only one of the birds is flying. The other one hasn’t moved since they arrived.

The rich man called in healers and magicians to tend to the bird. Unfortunately, no one could get the bird to fly. The rich man then asked the gardener to find someone in the village, to help make sense of what is going on with the bird.

The next morning, the rich man was thrilled. Both birds were soaring high over the garden. He asked the villager how he managed to get the bird to fly. The villager said, "It was easy sir, I simply cut the branch where the bird was sitting."

Moral: We are all made to fly – to realise our incredible potential as human beings. But instead of doing that, we sit on our branches, clinging to the things that are familiar to us. The possibilities are endless, but for most of us, they remain undiscovered. We conform to the familiar, the comfortable, and the mundane. So for the most part, our lives are mediocre instead of exciting, thrilling and fulfilling.

ABOUT TRAIN2TEACH AND THE FALSE ALLEATIONS GOING AROUND

This release serves as documentation of a pattern of harassing and false information activities that began in June 2018.

This letter is notice to all about Train2Teach, the people that is spreading false information about the 53 children that was stranded in China and harassments towards Train2Teach and Sonja.

-- Train 2 Teach (Pty) Ltd has been in existence since 2015.

-- We pride ourselves in conducting our activities, only and strictly according to the relevant laws.

-- We are duly registered as a:
a) Skills Development Provider and accordingly we are an ETDP, SETA accredited Company. (Education Training & Development Practice, registered with Sector Education and Training Authority);
b) We are registered with CIPRO;
c) As a Skills Development provider, we offer a variety of training courses, such as at various levels to NQF;
d) We fall under ETQA, (Education and Training Quality Assurance), and QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupation) who establish the relevant SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority).

4. We are an educational training company for local and overseas market.
5. Although we introduce prospective persons wanting to go abroad to study or work to recommended agents abroad, we do so on the condition that our company is not be liable for any claim of whatsoever nature (whether contract or delict) or otherwise, arising including without limiting the generality thereof, for any negligent act or omission or statement by us or its servants, agents or nominee.
6. As part of our training, when we are instructed to obtain verification of a qualification, we go through rigorous procedure involving all the legal channels to verify the local qualifications, thus ensuring they are not fraudulent or illegal, e.g. we verify and certify through DIRCO (Department of International Relations & Co- Operation), or by Apostille, at the High Court, (if the applicable Country is a signatory to the De La Have Convention), with or without the confirmation from SAQA.

ABOUT THE FALSE INFORMATION:
We do not have any commercial connection either formal or informal with: Sanda Youth Development and Owen Wong.

We are giving notice to the following people to immediately cease and desist of the activities against and towards Sonja Barnard and Train2Teach, their harassment threats and false accusations is taken very serious:
Quintin Boshoff + Zoon Boshoff (Recruiter for Teaching jobs in China) Threatening and harassing us and his allegations is false.

Nadia Spokie Meintjies ( she told us she is a former South African)She apologized for accusing Sonja Barnard falsely , which she gladly accepted, until we found out the next day that she lied to parents and told the children she will catch Sonja soon. When she was confronted on WeChat and asked her why she is lying if she already spoke to us, she said sorry and told Jessica (Our Company PA) she will leave us alone.
Johan Cloete (That was a student in my class) now busy recruiting people under the name (TeacherServiceFirm) working for a company called ‘Chinglishteach’. In 2017 he never had any degree and now in 2018 he suddenly has a BA Degree, according to our resources he obtained a fake degree, we were never instructed to verify any of his qualifications.
Louise Baartman (Lodewyk Baartman) that is using Train2Teach sa Pty/Ltd and Sonja Barnard’s Name of false information on his Facebook about the 53 children. He also is Teaching TEFL. Sonja Barnard and Louise were actually friends, she helped him and his wife with work in China, and she introduced him to a person that helped him with hiss business.
All the Voice clips he claims he has about the farther, we have as well including the daughter, we already spoke to the father and he confirmed that he does not have all the voice clips where his daughter spoke to us stating that she rather listened to her aunty than to Train2Teach.
I recently met Charl Venter the father who was on Carte Blanche. I would be weary of any information that he supplies you. Please do your homework!!!!!
It is not in our Professional character to say bad things over Facebook about people or to sort out problems. Those who do it, shows their poor character and we do not want to associate ourselves with such people.
Those who are mature enough can contact us.
Personally Train2Teach feels these people see an opportunity to use any false accusations against us to promote their companies, because we do have a very good name in a lot of countries broad.
Although Train2Teach laments with great sadness the predicament of the persons that was stranded in China who were misled, We did not know all those Children and had no record of them on our system, most of the children did not under-go a TEFL Course. We met Owen Wong personally in South Africa, when he was in the correct and legal channels (we had to meet the agents because how can we just introduce and trust them without knowing them properly) we want to make sure that you are save.
Sameul is the rightful owner of Sanda Youth Development, not Owen Wong, 3 Months before the incident Owen got greedy and decided to go out under Sameul and teamed up with a Pakistani that was making the false Visas, NOT TRAIN2TEACH, we are a Training Company.
Lastly Train2teach does not receive ANY commission from the agents, we only introduce people to an agent if they would like to study and work. Our only income is thru the variety of courses we offer, including the TEFL course that must be taken to go abroad, it is part of the abroad countries Laws.

Negative people will never change my positive mind.

Hi Sonja. I trust you are well. I have been reading the negative comments and feedback on your FB page. You will always people along the way trying to discourage the amazing work that you are doing. Helping 100's of South Africans to make a life of their own. What furure is there for the youth in South Africa nowadays? And while they sit scared in their houses everyday the people you help are seeing the world, while they are too scared to go out for dinner we are having hotpot on the sidewalk at a local get together for expats, going to the great wall of China, seeing the forbidden city and walking on the streets of China till 4:00am in the morning, taking a bus without wondering if we will be robbed. Keep doing what you are doing.

1.Monthly Salary: R16K - 40K before tax according to the teacher’s qualification.

2.Student age: from 4 to 18 years old.

3.Size of class: from 12 to 40 children.

4.School provide teaching materials. TEFL is a must.

5. Holiday: one month winter holiday and two month summer holidays.

6. No more than 25 to 28 teaching hours per week.

7.Duration of each class: from 40 to 50 minutes.

8. Bonus upon the completion of finishing the one year contract.
