We have an outbreak of mumps at Laerskool Generaal Beyers. If your child shows symptoms please keep him/her at home for 5 days. From tomorrow all learners must wear masks to school and sanitize regularly. Thank you.

This morning we had a discussion with the gr 6 & 7 learners about bullying. We all believe our own truth in how we were raised, influenced by culture/religion and other factors. Respect others opinions and try to understand with knowledge and investigation. We are all different. Have compassion and listen before acting or reacting with only emotion. Very powerful session.
