Video explanation of planning and time management ⏰️ focus , memory and procrastination 😴 revising 📚 test anxiety and feedback 😓 listening and note taking 🎶 and how to set up a study timetable.

Test season is just around the corner let's take a look at an example of a study schedule! 🤓

We used the 2357 study method , this is how it works:

Fill in the date of your test

The day before the test should be a revision day

Count 2 days from the revision day and make it a study day

Count 3 days from the first study day that you marked and make it another study day

Count 5 days from the second study day that you marked and make it another study day

We stopped at 5 but you can continue until you Count back 7 days from the last marked study day, you should have a total of 4/5 marked days.
