An interactive environmental educational “fun”-shop teaching children the value and importance of trees.

We come to your school or garden club and talk about trees, how to grow them, how to plant a tree and how to care for them.

The 1 hour session involves a theoretical and practical experience:

Theoretical:
- How to grow & care for trees.
- The importance of trees in our community and world.
- Identifying certain key characteristics in trees.

Practical:
- An experience of planting a tree seed and watching it grow over time.

Each Child will receive a grow your own tree kit.

In memory of Uncle Vic Viljoen

Uncle Vic was part of the Pro-Active family for almost 10 years. He was not only an incredible dad, grandfather and husband to tannie Marthie, but also a teacher and friend to many learners and colleagues. He was a warm, strong man with so much passion for his work. He was always there and ready to work! Nothing was ever too much for him. He worked like a machine! His training and passion to teach were appreciated by many learners. He changed lives of thousands of learners. We will always remember and keep his loving memory in our hearts. It was a privilege to know you Uncle Vic. We are truly going to miss you so much. We are shattered and will miss him forever. We pray for his wife tannie Marthie and the rest of his family.
