Shake and energy tea for breakfast
Mid morning snack: Scrambled egg and Orange
Lunch: Shake
Another snack (almost forgot to take a photo)
Before my workout I had tea for energy and CR7 to support my body during exercise
We did a quick run - it was COLD!
Post Workout shake to support my body with protein

Sharing with you my own results from the June 21 day challenge! (I forgot to share my photo here!)
21 days of fixing breakfast, snacking healthy, eating balanced and exercise - SUPER easy!
Try this cosy, warming, creamy soup made with Formula 1 Savoury Mushroom and Herbs Flavoured Shake Mix to keep you going through the chilly days.
Ingredients
🌿 2 servings Formula 1 Savoury Mushroom and Herbs Flavoured Shake Mix
🌿 4 servings Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder
🌿 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
🌿 1 large onion, diced
🌿 2 cloves garlic, crushed
🌿 1 red chilli, diced
🌿 1 (5 cm) piece of ginger, peeled and grated
🌿 1 stick lemongrass, trimmed, outer leaves discarded, then finely sliced
🌿 Small pumpkin or 1 large butternut squash (approx. 1kg in weight altogether), peeled, deseeded and cut into roughly 3cm pieces
🌿 400 ml tin low-fat coconut milk
🌿 750 ml chicken or vegetable stock
🌿 1-2 tbsp fish sauce
🌿 1 small bunch basil, shredded
Method:
Place a large saucepan on high heat and add the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, chilli, ginger, lemongrass and pumpkin, season with salt and pepper, turn the heat down to low, cover and cook for about 10 minutes till the squash is almost tender. Add the coconut milk and the stock, bring to the boil and cook for 5-8 minutes more, until the pumpkin is tender. Remove from the heat then add the Formula 1 Savoury Shake Mix and the Formula 3 PPP and liquidise until smooth and return to the pan. When ready to eat, reheat the soup gently if it's cooled down, season with fish sauce to taste, adding a little more stock to thin it out if you wish. Sprinkle with basil, then serve.
This was mid-challenge - it really felt like I was not getting results - until I looked at photos I took at the beginning of the challenge!
