As someone who is running for Mental Health Awareness yessss not really MY mental health but I’m running to make an awareness that Mentak health is real.

I run to make awareness that SU***DE is real and yes it’s real and MEN go through it a lot and I run for CANCER clients that’s come to my office, their families, their parents, loved ones etc, I see the pain yet I still say He is a God that sees…

I expect my clients to go the extra mile and believe in themselves and their families even if their mind, body, soul and spirit has given up I’m there to show hope and life.

Therefore running 42km in Sanlam Cape Town Marathon Runners' Community for the first time running a full marathon 😭😭😭😭 I’m doing this so I can too feel what I expect my clients to feel, Pain with Endurance, Resilience and not giving up so easy, challenging my brain to complete a task that’s easy to just give up, as I can just stop running 🏃‍♀️ but the aim is to finish what I started…

Please note 📝 Time, Distance and Pace,Speed are not even a factor BUT completion and achieving that medal on the finishing line will be the best achievement for TheRunningTherapist.

To write about Nthabisang Nhlapho or not to write. Give my view perspective of my thoughts or not? To educate about neglected Post Natal Depression from Pregnancy leading to mothers hurting their kids when going through the most or not???.

Issue in SA is that no one is tested of PND and treated before leaving the hospital, mothers are going through the most kwezi Government hospital naba nurse who swears the hell out of them during pregnancy, especially if you not married and you pregnant🤰la 9 months of hospital visit is a nightmare.

Now I want to stress one thing PND can start while pregnant we call it Prenatal depression which is depression during pregnancy. It causes extreme sadness, anxiety, fatigue and trouble sleeping. Then if not treated it’s called Post Natal Delression, this can even start after 3 years last to 11 years or more of a women who gave birth especially if there are triggers of what had happened on PreNatal as we all know in SA I cheating, alcohol abuse, verbal and emotional abuse during pregnancy is very high… Are we ready to talk about that???? MEN and WOMEN are ready???

I am not here to justify why this woman did this or these woman did these unjustified acts to innocent lives it HURTS SO BAD… 😭😭😭

Unfortunately it’s not the right time to educate as we are all angry including me I’m a mom an aunt as well.

I would love to have a LIVE CHART about this but then again in SA everything is content we will have millions lives and it becomes a competition of expects. So I will leave this here, ewe uyagowa but Kids can’t go with you Mama nawe Tata I bow 🙇‍♀️
