🍴 Lazy Girl Meal Prep 🍴

✔️ pre-chopped vegetables
✔️ coconut oil
✔️ chicken necks (fry with the oil)
✔️ cayenne pepper
✔️ ginger
✔️ fry all together
✔️ add water
✔️ cook on low heat for 40 min

My heart is shaped like Africa 🇿🇦

🥕 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐬 🥕

Boil ⅔ cup water with full cup vinegar, cloves, garlic, and ginger for 5 minutes. Let it cool, then pour over carrots in a glass jar. For a touch of sweetness, I added a strawberry to each jar. (To avoid using that sugar 🤮)

Tadaaaa – delicious and nutritious pickled carrots made with love! 🌟

Nature and sunshine fuel my soul, and I firmly believe that food is our ultimate medicine. 🍃 And let’s not forget—I’m a kick-ass yoga teacher who incorporates the power of the mind into every practice.
