Residential garden pavilion design!

Our recently completed project in Cedar Creek Estate Johannesburg. Exquisite finishes and detailing. Lots of natural light!

We have been developing this Lifestyle and retail centre design further over the last week. To be built over a 9600sq.m vacant land, the centre will be a social and economic centre in the neighbourhood. We are now ready to go to detailed design stage.

Our work in progress design. A new lifestyle bar with some retail shops at the centre. The key point of the design are the expressive roofs to give the centre a signature look. Lots of glass to light up the interiors to create good setting for relaxation and social connections 👍🏽.

New 550sq.m residential project in Bryanston Johannesburg.

As economies look beyond COVID-19 into the future, industrial facilities will be the hub for economic growth. While this project we embarked on in 2020 is currently an a limbo due to the impact of COVID-19, we are hopeful that perhaps as the economy recovers and grows again, the project will be back on again. It will be an exciting opportunity to develop from concept to completion.

Practical completion reached on one of our projects in Pretoria, South Africa. 🙌🙌Snagging in progress… landscaping to commence. The owner has been issued with the Occupational Certificate by the municipality. 🤝Can’t wait for the house warming party 🎉 with all COVID-19 protocols fully observed! 😊😉

Let the works begin! After a few months of Home Owners’ Association and municipal approval, the project is now kicking off! Delighted that the client’s goal will rise steadily from the ground!

The metamorphosis of a place!...

A place is normally of a fixed nature, unless a natural disaster changes it in form or shape (just like the volcanic eruptions in the DRC have changes the shape and form of the places touched by the lava.). As humans interact with the place, their needs and usage will change the built form of the place.

Here is an example of such a place being transformed in use and built form, a new building type rising from the earth up to take its place in the built environment. Still in concept stage, we are excited to embark on this journey of transforming this place with a new mixed development on this site.

In our designs, we always create architectural renderings to give our clients a realistic idea of how the building or spaces will look after completion. It is always very delightful when the end product is of great resemblance to the computer generated images.

This is a project that was recently completed in Malawi. We present the picture of the actual completed house and the 3d renderings.

Located in Cedar Creek Estate, this 900 sq. m house is reaching 70% completion now. The contractor is working through weekends to ensure this grand house is completed soon and the owners take occupation.

An existing site in a built environment that needed a fresh start!. Deep in Soweto, the site has an old building, a reminder of the way of life of old in the 20th century. However, we are now in the 21st century and rightly so, the site gets a new start... out with the old and in with the new!!

One of the developments we designed is now on the market, selling off plan as the developer completes the remainder of the construction works. Yesterday was open day, which was quite well attended. Overall feedback on the design and the works was very positive.

There are instances when we are appointed to touch an existing place in the form of additions and alterations. These require a different approach - a respect of the current architecture and an opportunity to give new energy to an existing building as well. Here is our latest design....touching an existing place.

Here is a compact 5 unit cluster development. The development comprises three 2-bedroom units and two 1-bedroom units with a small communal recreation area. The developer is targeting the rental market, mostly for start up professionals and young families.

Simple forms and clean lines This is the animation for the new house on ERF 659. Sitting on a site of about 850 sq.m, the house is on two floors with plenty of outdoor entertainment area...

Site Inspection:
Always good being on site to inspect progress. Site visits are always a time to reflect on the design and to learn lessons for future work. 🧐

This is a design whose curves give it lots of character and make it completely unique. Respect to the engineers who made this a big reality. 👏👏
