We have built a state of the art training facility in Randburg with a concurrent capacity of 150 allowing us the ability to train and develop over 300 individuals over a one-year period. Our belief is that, through education and coaching, we can improve employment opportunities therefore making a positive impact in the lives of our brothers and sisters. Dr VS Mncube Academy has designed a system which allows enrolment of graduates and tracks/monitors their progress. This system will be deployed nationally at TVET colleges and other partners to allow unemployed graduates to create a profile, upload a CV and seek out established partner services. This system aims to banish the silo approach to employment for graduates by electronically linking graduates/students to training interventions and ultimately placing them at employers all done through the bespoke system. The differentiator in this system, from a development point of view is image, career and life coaching which forms part of the curriculum creating a well-rounded individual that presents well at an interview and has the necessary basic skills to perform well at his/her first job.
