Life Indoors Wins Big at SALI Awards of Excellence 2024

We are beyond thrilled to announce that Life Indoors has once again clinched the Best Interior Plantscaping Trophy at the SALI - South African Landscapers Institute Awards of Excellence!

The prestigious Rand Merchant Bank site in Sandton, Johannesburg, is an intense corporate space featuring different ceiling heights, varying light conditions, furniture, and wall art. This project demonstrates how interior design and plantscaping, at its highest level, can seamlessly tie multiple floors into a single tranquil, green corporate space. The result is a stylish and smart combination of interior plantscaping.

What's incredibly special is that this is the second consecutive year we've won the floating trophy for Best Interior Plantscaping in SA!

In addition to this, Life Indoors proudly walked away with a double gold certificate for another creative installation at a trendy new office in the heart of Sandton. Working closely with a renowned design company, we delivered a bespoke and inspiring cosmetic facelift to a tired office space. Together, we provided a unique installation that considered lighting, space, and aesthetics, resulting in a visually appealing and functional workspace.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and organize filing systems, complete forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials.
2. Ensure timely processing of invoices.
3. Sort, file, and maintain general office files, including job files and vendor files.
4. Coordinate requests related to queries and update procedures and processes as needed.
5. Escalate issues to Managers and follow up on pending matters.
6. Assist with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects.

🎓 Qualifications:

1. National diploma NQF 6 or Degree in Administration / Office Management and Technology / Business Management / Human Resources Management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
6. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
