Let's talk insulation. Remember that shipping containers absorb temperature very easily because of the type of steel they are manufactured with. It is very important to insulate your walls and ceiling before adding your electric cabling and wall panels.

Insulated walls will assist in temperature control. To enhance the room temperature further, it's also best to add an air conditioner.

I would like to warn all my clients to not try to buy converted containers that sell less than R50 000, as these are prices of scammers who advertise converted containers all over the internet.

Converted containers can be costly and can cost way over a 100k depending on the type of modification you want. I started up as a small guy in the block, but we have managed to survive the hardest times and still going strong.
