INSPIRATION: A Double page Scrapbook layout created by Marcelle Victor.
Marcelle was in awe of this range but being a mom of only girls she had to borrow photos of her friend's sons to do justice to this stunning collection! She used cardstock in a neutral tone as her background, then she started layering patterned paper to create a horizontal flow. She started with the blue strip, Grand Adventures, followed by the stripes, Mischief in the Making from the Essentials pack, and then added the beige strip Sweet Boy. Marcelle used one of her dinner plates to size the circle, which was done with the Blue Jacket sheet. Smaller circles cut from various patterns were used to add more roundness to the layout. The laser cut sheet of this collection provides plenty of cool embellishments without the hassle to fussy cut, but fear not, there are enough elements to cut out as well, making clusters simple and exciting! Marcelle loved the buttons and arrows which were placed all around her layout. The chipboard title was also perfect for this layout, and was dressed with embossing glaze in two different colours.

INSPIRATION: A double page scrapbook layout with a difference created by Merle Zulberg
The colour palette of ABOUT A BOY is just gorgeous and the patterns are all so versatile.
For this layout of Merle’s grandson, she made a thin frame from navy blue cardstock to make up the background. The train image page was cut down and stuck to the middle of the background and the two sides filled in with the polka dot pattern and embellished with the oh so easy fussy cut elements which have already been cut out for you.
All that was needed was a gentle push and the images pop off the page ready for use! Winner.
Merle also cut a chevron which goes across both pages and scored and inked each segment in brown to give it a 3D look. She doodled around each of the photo mats in white gel pen, foam tape to raise some elements and some metal brads finish off this page. She was having so much fun, she decided to make a train from cardstock and covered it with some of the papers from the collection and fussy cut some of the little boys to sit in the windows.

INSPIRATION: Special memory shadowbox layout with a surprise photo booklet created by Lorraine Haddath

Lorraine has had to wait a long time, since 2018 actually, for the right papers to come along but the Scrapworx “About a Boy” collection was perfect to scrap these memories of a fabulous day out with her Grandson on the “La’al Ratty” railway in Eskdale in the English Lake District, birthplace of his Great Grandad.

She started with a wooden drawer which she painted then inked and splattered with distress paints. On the outer edges of the drawer she used the “So Much Joy” sheet from the 12x12 paper pack and cut the “Grand Adventure” paper to fit inside the box. She then layered lots of fussy cut images and scraps of paper from the collection to create the background for the main picture. The detachable booklet is secured with magnets and contains more photos and the brochure from their train journey. The chipboard title “All Boy” and the clock were inked, distressed, splattered and glazed. Two little chaps from the press out sheet are featured with handmade sleepers, coal bags and metal cogs.
Lorraine loves adding trinkets and mementos from their trips to her layouts so used a fridge magnet they bought and cut the names of the stations they visited from the brochure to create the signpost on the right-hand side.
Tip: To create the coal, she foraged tiny stones from the garden and sprayed them with Black soot Distress spray stain. Once dry she attached them to the layout with a glue gun and filled the coal bags made from hessian

Reinette has an obsession with the teddy bear pattern paper from the About a Boy collection, making it the backdrop for his photograph. The collection has sweet little boy touches, elements and quotes. This range has lovely vintage, yet vibrant coloured patterns which can work with any photographs.

Christelle created a mini book/mini album shelf with 3 little mini albums inside. The size of the shelf is 40x14cm. She used the 20cm x 20cm booklet to decorate the mini albums inside and out. The mini albums measure 11cm x 15cm. She also used some of the paper die cuts as little ornaments on the shelf for decorations.

INSPIRATION: Special occasion cards created by Lorraine Haddath!
Scrapworx “Glitz and Glamour” collection is perfect for cardmaking and suitable for all occasions and gender. Lorraine created a trio of cards which could easily be adapted to any special occasion by just changing the sentiment. Only a few embellishments were required as the papers she used speak for themselves and made the perfect backdrop for the ephemera die cut images.
The two slimline cards feature background papers from the 20cm x 20 cm booklet, machine stitched and mounted on matching cardstock and card bases. She added a die cut gold frame offset with black then added a selection from the ephemera pack and some white roses dabbed with gold paint and glitter for the feminine card.
Lorraine splattered the cards with diluted white acrylic paint and finished off with an appropriate sentiment.
The Art Deco style card was made for a special young lady turning 21 whose birthday celebration, Lorraine recently attended, which was accepted with delight and high praise.
Lorraine cut a concertina base from an A4 piece of card stock and then added papers from the essentials pack adding faux stitching to the edges, pieces of lace at the bottom of each section and again used the ephemera die cuts, a sentiment and the “21” cut from gold card stock.

INSPIRATION: Double Page Scrapbook Layout created by Christelle Meyer
Christelle created this stunning double page with some of the beautiful patterns from the 12 x 12 paper packs. For a dramatic effect she used plain blue cardstock as the foundation pages. The paper die cuts were the perfect addition for the clusters. She added fluff to the clusters to give it a softer look. The stenciling was done with white texture paste with little bit of Gold all-purpose ink. The final touches were the photo corners which she also added a bit of bling too.

Reinette Human created this elegant single page layout using our Glitz and Glamour Collection
Here is how she did it:
Black Cardstock will be the background, representing a "gift box".
Cut 1 x 25,5cm x 25,5cm piece from white cardstock.
You will need 9 x 7cm x 7cm blocks for the inside of the white block.
Cut 1 x 2cm x 29,5cm gold strip and 1 x 1cm x 29,5cm gold strip to form a "ribbon for the "box""
Space out the blocks with equal white showing. Add the gold strips as in the sample picture.
Now just add the floral laser cut-outs and words from the fussy cut sheet.
For added effect, add some leafy die cuts from silver mirror cardstock to the floral clusters.

PUTTING ON THE GLITZ ART DECO MIRROR a FABULOUS off the page project created by Lorraine Haddath.
Art Deco was Lorraine’s first thought when she opened the paper packs from this gorgeous glamorous collection. She created a decorative mirror which would not look out of place in a 1920’s ladies’ bedroom or a backstage dressing room at the theatre. She used white foam board for the base, sides and top of the mirror which she painted with DecoArt crafters acrylic paint “Sparkling Champagne” then dabbed with glue and adhered gold leaf.
She then covered all the pieces with the following papers:
1. Reverse side of “Estimated time of arrival” from the 12 x 12 paper pack
2. “A great story” 12 x 12 paper from the essentials pack
3. “Acts of Kindness” 12 x 12 sheet from the essentials pack
Lorraine then adhered the mirror to the panels adding strips of paper to the edges, painted and gold leafed to match the panels before adding lots of the die cuts from the ephemera pack, handmade flowers from the left-over papers, feathers, pearl beads and some sparkly sequins as well as a chipboard frame painted and gold leafed featuring the handsome chap from the ephemera pack. The chipboard sentiment was embossed with gold powder and sprinkled with black glitter. The mirror panel was a fabulous find at her local charity shop, which was already marked with imperfections and scratches from age. The reflection in the mirror is Lorraine’s daughter all dressed up to help set the scene... A fantastic project!

Today Merle Zulberg shares this stunning page using our Glitz and Glamour collection.

For this stunning double page layout Merle used a circle chippie painted in black and gold to highlight her photos. She layered die cut elements along the bottom of the circle. Some are raised with foam tape. She kept the background soft to go with the photos. On the right side of the page, she tucked a chippie mandala in next to both photos and layered die cut elements and added a large title.

A brilliant off the page project created by Christelle Meyer using our Garden Party Collection.

Christelle created this farmhouse to replicate the farmhouse/shed from the paper die cuts.
She used greyline to build the house and roof. She painted the house with tjhoko paint and for the roof she dyed craft cardstock with brown distress ink and crumpled it up.
Corrugated cardstock was used around the windows and door and the grass was created with gauze which was dyed with green distress ink. For extra effect Christelle place a fairy light inside to light up the windows.

Marjaniek Wedding Venue & Guest House

Christelle created an interactive double page layout using our Garden Party Collection.

She used pattern paper from the Full pack to create this double page. She opted to use craft cardstock as the base of her page. She added some of the paper die cuts and used one of them to create a shaker box which she filled with sequins. The tag shaped photo mats are interactive to create space for more photos.
