My diary offers a year of self-growth and development! I've seen so many posts in the last few months regarding mental health and I just wanted to share something because it was such a growth point in my life and something really beautiful was born from it!

In 2020, I found myself in a dark time of my life. My world started crumbling over a period of time but once it picked up momentum, it fell apart in days. I couldn't imagine life getting any better and as I lay in bed sobbing that my life had come to this and I was being admitted into a clinic for mental health the next day, I thought "How did this happen to me"?

My mental health was in pieces I couldn't even recognise myself in the mirror. I had disassociated with the world, and ultimately - myself. I struggled to function with my anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder - it had taken over my life.
Lots of hard earned cash later and hours and a really beautiful journey with my psychologist, I have refined some of the things I have learnt into a diary I have created for my small personalised stationery business.

After receiving all the help I needed and building myself up again (into the strongest version yet), I realised that I had something to share with the world again, with woman who felt 'stuck' and had lost their motivation!

Was the breakdown necessary? From this side of it, yes it was. Was it painful, yes that too but the growth that came out of it was enormous! I want to share what I have learnt with other woman, through my small business, it's for woman who are looking to grow and grab their life back by the horns!

It really is possible, not as a lame motivational pitch - but for reals! So never mind my life doing a 180, I'd say that I'm only halfway there but now I know where I'm going and the road ahead is a lot brighter than I ever thought it would be.
