“ I called IBTC in February 2023 with the most insane request - to pass the 2023 November Strategic Case Study Exam, starting with the Operational Case Study in May. I spoke to Vanessa and explained my reasoning behind it. We discussed the potential challenges and after 3 more phone calls, she finally agreed that I could enroll.

I started studying and went through the OCS with the help of the tutors and admin staff checking in on me. By the time I wrote MCS in August, my health had deteriorated and my workload had increased significantly, to the point where I was missing exam classes. The tutors called to check in, and after explaining my situation, they sent me recordings and guided me through.

By the SCS in November, I was a nervous wreck and I could again not attend the live classes. The team continued to guide me and we persevered to get to the November SCS, by which point I was convinced I was crazy to do all 3 in one year.

After passing 3 case study exams in 9 months, I would gladly recommend IBTC to anyone who wants to do the CIMA. The team is fantastic, empathetic, and is always willing to help and guide their students.
