Policies:
-Directors and Management to establish, supervise the policies of subsidiaries
-Policies ensure that subsidiaries are not managed for crossed wires and should button down procedures to abstain concentrations of risks on a compounded substructure
-The HC will have accountability to approve credit disclosure, setting confinement to countries and industries
-Management to Appropriate all Borrowings outside The DSH Group, Policies, Strategies, Contracts
-Directors given positions on boards in each of its subsidiaries
-Deciding on conditions which services must be implemented and which will be outsourced (Corporate Executive Oper.)
-Group Executive Committee to meet as a matter of usual practice (operations, utilization of plans)
-Adequate capitalization in terms of administrative and cost effective management preliminaries, opportunities and risk
-Commitments need to be sufficiently covered by dividends, other income from subsidiaries
-The Board of the HC (Holding Company) will approve the expense, investment and capital budgets prior to the start of each fin year
