The Namibian Chapter of CFA Society South Africa hosted a CFA Program Information session for finance students from the University of Namibia (UNAM).

CFA Society South Africa in collaboration with the Absip UCT, ABSIP Stellenbosch, ABSIP UWC, InvestSoc. UCT, University of Stellenbosch Investment Society - USIS, and Young Investors of the University of the Western Cape hosted “A Day in the Life of a CFA charterholder” panel discussion and networking event.

Thank you to JD van Wyk, CFA, Committee Chair of University Outreach, Lizelle van Rooyen, CFA - Equity Analyst at Denker Capital, Tshegofatso Sekgwele, CFA - Investment Associate at AIIM, Frank Lin, CFA – Head of Advisory at OpsFi, and Nikolai Piotrowski – Private Credit and Equity at Hillingdale, who provided an insightful discussion on their career journey, lessons they have learnt, working in investment management and other alternate fields and provided advice for 3rd and 4th year students who are planning a career in investments.
