Earlier this week we made a gorgeous Gin Cocktail with Pinot Noir Gin. Yesterday, we decided that Grapefruit has a unique flavor to it and if it mixed well with the Pinot Noir it should be stunning with the stunning Chard Gin - and believe me it was! We used two tots of the Creation Hard Gin, poured in about half a tot of Rose Water syrup and one tot of Grapefruit juice, before finishing the drink off with a gorgeous Grapefruit tonic from !
Guys - we were in love! Check the color, then you will have a complete idea of the gorgeous taste! We enjoyed this with a gorgeous Pomegranate Leg of Lamb (have a look ) some Savory Rice and a gorgeous Pomegranate & Avo Salad. Yum right?
