This 2014 BMW 428I came in for a service we noticed an abnormal noise coming from within the engine. We found that the timing chain and tensioner were worn, we replaced the timing chain and tensioner and all relevant seals and gaskets.

We had this 2011 Mercedes-Benz B 200 CDI in for a gearbox problem. The vehicle was stuck in first gear. We traced the problem to the electro plate inside the gearbox. We repaired two RPM sensors and stripped and cleaned the valve body and replaced the gearbox oil and filter.

We had this 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan 1.4TSI in for a "rattling" noise and we found that the turbocharger had excessive wear. We replaced the turbocharger and all the relevant gaskets.

Toyota Prado came in with ASR and ABS Warning lights on. We found that the motor for the ABS pump was faulty. We re-furbished the motor by replacing the bearings and replacing the brushes and re-doing the armature.

We had this 2013 Audi A4 1.8 TFSI in for uneven idling and noise from the engine. We replaced the timing chain and tensioner as well as relevant seals and gaskets. We used the LIQUI MOLY Jetronic cleaning machine to clean the injectors as well as the intake system. Wilhelm's Auto

This 2010 Audi S5 Quattro came in for an injector clean and replacement of all front lower and upper control arm bushes.

Vehicle came in with engine warning light on. We found that the balancer shaft was worn. We removed the engine and replaced the worn shaft.

This 2013 Volkswagen Polo 1.6 TDI came in for lack of power and a terrible vibration whilst driving. We found that the clutch was worn and all engine & gearbox mountings were worn. For all mechanical repairs and or diagnostics contact us on 0218828155

This beauty came in for a service and a coolant leak. We replaced the leaking coolant seals on the turbo and performed a yearly service.

This Volkswagen Tiguan1.4TSI came in for a service and for front brake disc and pad replacement. The vehicle was also smoking and using oil. We found that the shaft of the turbo was severely worn. We replaced the turbocharger and carried out a major service. Wilhelm's Auto

Vehicle came in with a misfire on cylinder four, we traced the misfire to a faulty injector which was over fueling which caused excessive carbon build-up on the piston rings. We replaced the pistons, piston rings and bearings. We used LIQUI MOLY JetClean Tronic 2 to clean all injectors.

We now do petrol and diesel injector cleaning. Here we have done two vehicles. Mercedes-Benz C180k and an Audi A4 2.0TDI. Both vehicles showed a drastic improvement in both fuel consumption as well as smooth running.LIQUI MOLY

We just finished overhauling this Nissan X-Trail CVT automatic gearbox. The vehicle came in for a whining noise whilst driving.
