Admin Assistant in Real Estate
Basic Salary + Fuel Allowance
Full time/Flexible hours
Job Description:
- Maintenance administration & organisation
- Liaise between customers, our team, and external contractors to get work done for properties
- Inspections for new tenants moving in, and old tenants moving out and other tasks related to handovers.
- Filing, Stock sheets, and all admin related tasks in assistance to our manager
- Assist in listing new properties to our system
Must be:
- Very organised and efficient
- Computer literate
- Good communicator
- Team player
Must have:
- Laptop
- Vehicle
- Cellphone
- Experience in Admin related tasks
- Experience in Property preferred, but not required
