Here's to another SUCCESSFUL event and it was the ultimate, there are no words to describe the Feme Fest.
It was such an honour to be an Instructor At the Feme Fest by , I got the brief and I can confidently say ..I delivered ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Thank you so much everyone who has showed me love and gave me all of you energy and vibes to keep me going throughout my set you all were amazing!!!!!
From the venue to the people to the ambience Everything was perfect!!!!!

Wishing Good health on all Fitness professionals, Group exercise instructors, personal trainers, trainers etc.๐Ÿ™‚
We use our bodies to do what we need to do with and for our clients, and when we are down with flu or something else, this may become a bit hard.
BUT

We can only thank God for blessing us with Good Health each day and using the knowledge to look after ourselves too to be the best version that we can for our clients, and also our friends and family ๐Ÿ™‚

Hope you had some time to reset and get back into the swing of things for this week.

To start off:

- Write down the things you would like to complete for today
- Write down the things you would like to complete for this week

It only takes roughly a few minutes to get your notebook, pen and coffee and jotting down the that you need to do.
Why is this important?

- In order to not forget anything you need to do for that day or week
- You are able to tick off each task you have completed for that day.
- This will help you SEE your mini accomplishments

Choose to pack healthy snacks to keep your fueled throughout the day.
I know days can get very busy, have so many emails to respond to, have deadlines to meet, jobs to complete, meetings to attend to...Sooooo where do we get the time to eat????

Answer:
Small to Medium containers that you can use to fill up on fruit/salad/health biscuits/chopped vegetables/ waffles and the list goes on.

Tip:
DO NOT Go hungry throughout the day, always snack on something to stay fueled and continue to operate at your best ๐Ÿ˜€
