If your meal is huge, save half for the your lunch next day. You won't be stuffed & can enjoy your delicious meal twice! ๐
Nutrition Tip: Take out a single portion instead of eating straight out of a multi-serving tub. You're less likely to eat it all!๐ฝ
tip: If you have a salad for a meal, make sure it's got plenty of protein. Add chicken, fish, beans. ๐ฅ
Waking up with a raging thirst? Most people do. Keep a glass of water next to your bed and hydrate first thing in the morning. ๐ง
tip: Can't see your body changing yet? Be regular & your fitness/nutrition plan will make a difference soon! ๐
tip: Warm up your body from top to toe. If you work your way down your body, you aren't likely to miss any muscles by mistake. ๐๐

No Bake Spiced Apple Protein Bars
Serves: 8 Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: N/A
Ingredients:
3 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple
120 g rolled oats
150 ml almond milk
30 g dried apple, finely chopped
Method:
Line a baking dish or tray with cling film and set aside. Put half the oats into a blender and pulse until smooth. Put the blended oats and the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix until a thick batter is formed. Stir through the dried apple and transfer the mix to the baking dish, pressing down firmly.
Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut in to 6 bars to serve.

Chocolate and Coconut Protein Fudge
Serves: 12
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: N/A
Ingredients:
3 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate
15 g cocoa powder
60 g coconut oil
60 g full-fat coconut milk
60 g raisins
1 tbsp dessicated coconut
Method:
Combine the Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut oil, full-fat coconut milk and raisins in to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Line a small baking dish with cling film and transfer the mixture to the dish, smoothing down to create an even layer. Sprinkled with dessicated coconut and transfer to the freezer to set for 30 minutes before slicing.

Sugars - 4.19 g
Fibre - 1.30 g
Protein - 1.72 g
