THE MASTER KEY
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Eph 6:18
“ Men ought always to pray, and not to faint” (Luk 18:1) No matter how good a singer you may be; no matter how skilled in the art and science of speech you may be; no matter how courageous/smart you may be, we may be certain that without prayer you shall be defeated. God alone can give the victory; and when the Christian soldier goes forth armed completely for the spiritual conflict, if he looks to God by prayer, he may be sure of a triumph. Remember “No man is safe for a day or an hour without prayer.” GC 530.

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Php 2:3

What makes you do what you do? Mostly, in the flesh, we are often motivated by selfish ambition or conceit. Much of what we do is not done out of love for others, but out of our own desire for “advancement” or “promotion” This Desire of praise; wishing to draw the eyes of others upon you, and to make yourselves the subjects of discourse and admiration is directly opposite to the love of God: The bibles gives a solution to this problem “let each esteem other better than themselves”
