Our Bishop blessed me:

Our Bishop gave me two [2] pieces of Toffee bar and he wrote three Bible verses from the book of 1 Thessalonians 5v16-18 it says: Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

I was blessed with these scriptures on 11th February, 2024 by our Bishop Daniel Bisesa Lilema, he said to all of us who was there; the most important thing to give to your child or anybody who's close to you is the word of God, because what you should know is that whatever you give to someone as a gift apart from the word of God, just know that you gave them nothing if you don't addup the word of God.
Because all things are there for a short period of time, but the word of God will be there forever.

His words reminded me the book of Amos 8v11-14 it says: The time is surely coming," says the Sovereign Lord, when I will send a famine on the land not a famine of bread or water but of hearing the words of the Lord.

People will stagger from sea to sea and wander from border* searching for the word of the Lord, but they will not find it.

Beautiful girls and strong young men will grow faint in that day, thirsting for the Lord's word.

And those who swear by the shameful idols of Samaria who take oaths in the name of the god of Dan and make vows in the name of the god of Beersheba* they will all fall down, never to rise again...
