Women with disabilities in and around Gweru assembled at the NCDPZ Gweru office open space to receive SRHR services and information from New Start Centre 🌟 . Services provided included free Cancer screening, HIV testing, Family planning and other contraceptive methods.

NCDPZ in partnership with Plan international Zimbabwe under the My Body my Future project, conducted a Youth Friendly Disability Inclusive Service provision training targeting Nurses and SRH service providers from Kwekwe. Nurses from the 11 ward clinics of Kwekwe underwent a week long training on Disability Inclusive Service provision and sign language training. This will facilitate provision of reasonable accommodation in the SRHR sector towards Disability Inclusive SRHR service provision.

Young people with disabilities from Torwood (Redcliff) and surrounding areas, including Kwekwe, gathered for the MBMF Disability Fair.
