Two USA based Zimbabweans Tapiwa Makarawu with headband and Donald T Chiyangwa to the left surprised the thousands in Texas Relays 2023 invitation after running 2nd and final legs of the mens 4*400m to win gold. The New Mexico Junior College student athletes are breaking records and climbing higher and higher each competition. Makarawu recently dropped a 10:07 second in the 100m while Chiyangwa ran the fasted ever time Zimbabwe after so many years, clocking 45:8 in the 400m. The keep pushing to World Championships qualifier and hopefully they make it.
