5 Ways to Avoid Dry Hair

Hair Care is essential one for your hair maintenance.

1)Don’t shampoo your hair too often

Too much shampooing can strip off hair’s natural oils leading to dryness. Shampoo as less as you can and make sure to avoid shampoos with harsh chemicals.(I will send a list of the recommended and affordable shampoos later on in this group)

2)Try deep conditioning with lukewarm oil(home remedy)

Lukewarm oil treatments are very good for dry, damaged hair. Warm up 2-3 tbsp of oil of choice; use your hands to message all over the hair and scalp. Give it a good massage, leave for a few hours and wash away.

3)Try hair masks for dry hair

Once in one or two weeks treat your hair with homemade masks. Ingredients like eggs, herbal oils, banana, aloe vera and yogurt are really good for fighting dryness.

4)Stay hydrated

Water is a key ingredient that supports vitamins, which contribute to your hair growth. Drinking at least two litres of water a day will help the strength of your hair, reduce dryness and increasing growth.

5)Avoid washing your hair with hot water

Hot showers are not good for your hair. It can strip the hair of natural moisture causing dryness. Wash your hair with cold or lukewarm water to maintain the natural oils and also give your hair some shine.
