Coursely is a sophicated Education Technology platform that provides digital learning content. Coursely is a
true re-definition of Electronic Learning as it gives power of creativity to key players in education sector like
teachers and education specialists.. Learners can access properly structured learning content on any device
and share their learning experience on the platform.
To attain awareness of the platform to it’s target audiences, Coursely seeks to hire an experienced Key
Marketing Specialist who will hold the following, but not limited to these key roles and responsibilities:

✔ develop effective marketing strategies that works, given the audiences we are targeting
✔ develop marketing strategies that will harvest target sign ups of 100,000+ by the end of 2021
✔ manage the team of brand ambassadors who will help boost platform awereness
✔ come with creative ideas that will be implemented as images or videos by Graphic Design to appeal
in the eyes of our target audience so that our platform have a place in their memory
✔ effective digital marketing strategies to reach target audience
✔ marketing strategy to raise the goodness of the platform to learners across the nation of Zimbabwe
✔ plan effective feedback collection method such that we use the feedback to improve the platform
✔ and more duties as they may arise

Qualifications
✔ Degree or HND in Marketing, Business or equavalent
✔ certifications are an added advantage
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Be able to give others a direction to follow
✔ understand technology behind e-learning extensively and well versed with Education Technology
✔ understands digital marketing extensively

Experience
✔ minumum 3 years experience in sales and marketing post
✔ traceable references with established organisations
✔ show some work done around digital marketing
Additionals
✔ a valid Zimbabwean driver’s license
✔ be willing to travel around Zimbabwe

Coursely is looking for an experienced Senior web developer with full knowledge in python programming and Django web framework. The candidate should have proficiency in the following:
- how to develop large web apps with Django
- how to render views using Django templating system
- Django routing
- Django libraries for video and audio streaming
- multi-level Django user authentication system
- Django rest framework
- customizing built-in Django admin
- webserver configuration with NginX
- extensive knowledge in python programming.
- proficiency in CRUD using major databases
*Any other relevant knowledge.

And any relevant knowledge in web development using frameworks is an added advantage. Knowledge in AI, ML and VR is also an added advantage since we will implement those technologies at a later stage on to our system. The candidate should be initiative and capable of innovating best ways during the course of development. Should be willing to work overtime if there is need to.

The candidate is expected to:
- participate in developing a web system that is being developed using Django.
- develop modules from scratch and integrate it
- configure the system to run perfectly well on the web
- develop report modules
- work in a collaborative environment
- use version control system to collaborate with other developers

Any other duties will be assigned by the Chief software developer.
