Know the signs:
- Unexplained lumps or pain
- Changes in appearance or size
- Abnormal bleeding

Get screened:
- Mammograms for breast cancer
- Pap smears for cervical cancer
- Colonoscopies for colon cancer

Reduce risk:
- Healthy diet
- Regular exercise
