•​A recognised technical qualification with a bias towards commercial vehicles.
• 5 years of past work warranty claims administration experience with recognised brands or dealers.
•​2 years job costing experience will be an added advantage.
•​Computer literacy is essential.
•​Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•​A team player who is able to interact with manufacturers, and colleagues.

2️⃣MECHANIC/TECHNICIAN

•​3 years’ experience post apprenticeship with major and minor services, brake and clutch overhauls, engine, gearbox and differential repairs on Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles, Freightliner and Fuso trucks.
•​Must have a clean class 1 or 2 driver’s licence.
•​Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

3️⃣CENTRAL PARTS ATTACHEE

•​Candidate must be studying towards a qualification in Logistic/ Purchasing and Supply with a recognised tertiary institution.
