But it is just as important to get back into fitness as soon as your celebrations are over, even if you are still indulging on festive treats and leftovers. As a lot of you know, I have been a personal trainer for many years. A lot of my clients have stuck with me and allowed me to be a part of their fitness journey. However, when the pandemic struck, I have lost most clients due to the fact that gyms and other facilities have been closed to prevent transmission of the virus. Of course the threat of contracting the virus through shared space and equipment in gyms has been a big factor in this declining number of clients that want to continue pursuing their fitness goals. As a personal trainer, I have to find ways to convince clients to continue their fitness journey without having to compromise one’s safety. For that, I am currently offering virtual or online trainings, as well as one-on-one trainings for those who prefer it. Through this, not only do I help in improving someone’s health, but also I can continue to make a living. So if you, or someone you know wants to begin their fitness training amid this pandemic, I urge you to please consider me as your trainer. I am available and I will make time for you. I am currently based in Dubai but, I also have a lot of clients who do virtual training with me in the Philippines and other countries. If you decide to start getting a healthier lifestyle, DM me.
