Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani is a classic dish made by layering rice over slow cooked mutton gravy.
Hyderabadi Biryani is characteristically distinct. The aroma, taste, tender meat, the Zaffran, everything gives it a distinguished appearance.
Its a style of biryani from Hyderabad, made with basmati rice and meat (mostly chicken, Lamb Meat). Where the meat is marinated and cooked along with short grain and fine rice. It is left on a slow fire or dum for a fragrant and aromatic flavor.
