Sometimes our patients can’t jump into a large or permanent treatment plan right away. It’s important to give them options to regain their smile during that transition phase. This patient had life limitations that didn’t allow him to proceed with implants now so we opted for partial dentures to get him by until he’s ready to start ! Not perfect but it works 😁

Our job is to look at the mouth as whole! It’s not just about the teeth, we need to respect the bone, the gums to design a smile conservatively for our patients. We don’t need to cover all teeth to achieve amazing results. Conservative science based approach always wins 😁

I work with your sleep doctor and ENT to determine if you’re a candidate and than fabricate a custom appliance that meets your needs.
