We are looking for a dynamic and aggressive media sales person (male or female within an age bracket of 25-40 years) who has hand on experience of not less than 5 years in the Middle East market particularly UAE for selling advertising space or airtime across various media channels specifically TV and online channels (YouTube).

The job responsibilities are as follows:

1) Understand the audience and identify and research potential clients and advertisers.

2) Cold call or reach out to potential clients to generate leads and establish relationships.

3) Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of advertising in the specific media outlet.

4) Highlight the audience demographics, reach, and effectiveness of the media platform.

5) Conduct needs analysis to understand the advertising goals and objectives of potential clients.

6) Customize advertising proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.

7) Stay informed about the media outlet's products, services, and advertising options.

8) Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

9) Negotiate advertising rates and terms with clients.

10) Work with clients to develop cost-effective advertising solutions within their budget constraints.

11) Prepare and review contracts and agreements with clients.

12) Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

13) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.

14) Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues.

15) Track and report sales performance against targets.

16) Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

17) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless ex*****on of advertising campaigns.

18) Stay informed about market trends, audience behavior, and industry developments.

19) Use market research to provide clients with insights and recommendations for effective advertising strategies.

20) Oversee the ex*****on of advertising campaigns to ensure they meet client expectations and objectives.

21) Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize their effectiveness.

22) Conduct post-campaign analysis and evaluation.

23) Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve future sales strategies.

Overall, the person must posses a combination of strong communication skills, market knowledge, negotiation abilities, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The role often demands a proactive and results-oriented approach to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the media outlet.
