Organizata " Dyert e se Ardhmes" në bashkëpunim me qendren "Aleanca Gjinore për Zhvillim" janë duke implementuar projektin: "Forcimi i rolit te vajzave dhe grave në qytetin e Fierit për integrimin në tregun e punës" Ky projekt është në kuadër të thirrjes për propozime për grande të vogla, brenda projektit " Rritja e qasjes së grave në punësim".
Qëllimi i projektit është: ndergjegjësimi, informimi dhe stimulimi për integrimin dhe forcimin e rolit të vajzave dhe grave në tregun e punës.
Aktivitetet e projektit do te jenë takime me gra dhe vajza për diskutimin e ceshtjeve si:
Barazia gjinore.
Komunikimi zyrtar, hartimi i njjë Cv-je, intervista e punës etj.
Te drejtat e punësimit, integrimi në tregun e punës.
Aspektet dhe resurset personale për orjentimin drejt profesionit

DEA NGO Albania is looking for 3 participants from Romania for a training course in Prishtina, Kosovo.

If you are Youth Worker/Youth Leader, and interested to the theme of minorities this TC is for you :)

The dates of TC are 19-25 of March 2019.

This project is founded from EC under the E+ programme, so they will cover 100% of food and accommodation and travel costs up to 275 EUR.

Project Description
The project ‘From Exclusion to Inclusion: Minority Youth in Focus’ will be for the organizations an opportunity to develop their understanding in the field of work with minority youth, strengthen their capacities to address the challenges that minority youth is facing and develop new tools that organizations working with minority youth can apply at their daily work with maim aim to empower minority youth.
The project ‘From Exclusion to Inclusion: Minority Youth in Focus’ was developed in line with following objectives:
- To strengthen capacities of youth organizations to deliver quality activities aiming to support active participation and empowerment of minority youth;
- To develop competencies of youth workers, leaders to address the needs of minority youth and support their personal and professional development;
- To increase knowledge of the participants and participating organizations on Erasmus + Programme as an instrument for empowering and activating of minority youth;
- To support development of new tools for work with minority youth;
- To support sharing good working practices among participating countries and creating new project ideas addressing the needs of minority youth and fighting discrimination and social exclusion that minority youth is facing.
The project will consist from three activities: contact making seminar, training course and seminar. Besides these activities there will be also implemented dissemination activities in participant’s communities and undertake steps to ensure visibility of the project.
This project will be funded by European Commission under Erasmus+ programme and will cover 100% of food and accommodation and travel costs based on travel distance calculator by European Commission.
Please be informed that we are looking for partner ONLY from Programe and WB countries which work for minorities, human rights, and inclusion.
