☕ Today, coffee is a beloved beverage in many countries worldwide and an integral part of urban life. Yet, 400-500 years ago, almost no one knew about coffee. The first coffee entered Europe through Armenia, and it was Armenian merchants who opened the first coffeehouse in Vienna as early as 1685.

They say the best cup of coffee is the one you drink with a view of Mount Ararat. We would add that coffee enjoyed in the company of friends is especially delightful too. Come to the 'Dostoevsky' for a cup!

🎞️ This year marks the 100th anniversary of Sergei Parajanov, a true legend in world cinema. His films are a big deal in film schools everywhere, and his unique style still inspires today's filmmakers.

While all of Parajanov's movies are considered masterpieces, we especially want to honor ""The Color of Pomegranates"" - a poetic journey through the life of Sayat-Nova.

For the full Parajanov experience, we totally recommend checking out his museum in Yerevan. It's there that you'll realize Parajanov wasn't just a film director but also a seriously talented artist.

And we also invite you to 'Dostoevsky' to watch some films and chat about the incredible world of Parajanov 😊
