🔻Here are 4 ways where small Business Can Leverage using AI

1️⃣Improving customer service.
Depending on business needs, chat bots are capable of performing many tasks, from troubleshooting issues to starting conversations with potential customers. If a customer’s needs are too complex, however, the chat bot can recommend and arrange human interaction.
2️⃣Hiring the best candidates.
AI tools can greatly reduce the time HR employees spend on screening resumes, allowing more focused time for candidates who closely match job qualifications or company needs.AI can be used during the interview process, automating communication to applicants, collecting information from references and analyzing performance tasks.
3️⃣Boosting cybersecurity.
Cybersecurity AI works by reviewing behavior patterns on a business’s software, apps and stored information. Through interpreting what employees and customers do with digital tools and how they do it, AI can recognize things that are relevant and acceptable — links, email messages, information inputs and time ranges for tasks. If something is outside of typical patterns AI reacts to quickly remedy or remove the threat.
4️⃣Building better marketing campaigns and customer relationships.
AI can help businesses make informed decisions about what their customers really want. If a business uses CRM software with AI, they’ll have an even more convenient organization for mass communication. AI CRM can “hear” customers in a way that a human can’t, collecting and analyzing information from different channels (e.g., email newsletters and social media).

Keeping a great to-do list helps you organize, prioritize your tasks, and plan out projects. It will help you prioritize your work for the day. This enables you to spend your time on the most important task instead of wasting it away.
3.Make important notes during the meetings
Better to keep your notes as simple as possible without losing any important details. Be sure to write down all actionable items, decisions and recommendations and sum them up in your own words to reinforce your understanding of what's supposed to happen next.
4.Do random acts of kindness
Being kind in the workplace creates a ripple effect.
It impacts the general level of positivity, boosts your mood, and it’s contagious as the good feelings it promotes make people likely to ‘pay it forward'. Plus, it’s officially good for your health!

😷Due to the pandemic, many companies shifted their operations to remote mode. We all had to figure out how to reach the highest possible productivity and enthusiasm while working from home. 💡We will share some tips that will help to improve your workflow.

🗣️Maintain constant communication.
Schedule regular meetings with your teammates. Confirm that everyone knows what they need to accomplish. Plan Q&A sessions and keep team members in the loop about clients. Plan meetings for efficiency and prepare agendas with strict guidelines.

🗃️Unify your systems.
Have a limited number of collaboration tools, each fulfilling a specific function. If, for example, you have one cloud-based server, tell everyone to upload documents to that single server. Keep your data in order and safely managed by IT specialists.

💼Stay aligned with company culture. 
Do whatever you can to keep things aligned with your existing company culture. Even though remote work drastically changes interactions since you're no longer together in person, you can still ensure that the little things you did and traditions you had in the office continue. 

👩‍💻Use video, even if it's uncomfortable for you. 
To avoid feeling isolated, use video technology to connect with your team and colleagues in a more intentional, human way. We know that video calls are not comfortable for everyone, but the slight discomfort can be worth the benefit of seeing people's faces. 

It seems like remote working is here to stay, and the better we get at it, the more productive and healthy we'll be. 📈Take advantage of smart remote working to streamline and optimize your processes.

So being a programmer is that easy? Can anybody become a programmer? Definitely not. To become a programmer, one should go through a long and complicated path.
Hi there! I'm a senior developer working at Codics, and I'm here to help you make your first steps to the World of programming. 
1. Read, read, read! 📚
Start your journey by researching how things work in the tech world. When you're a programmer, the computer is your best friend, so you should learn as much as possible about it. How computers work and how they interpret a code can be the first questions to answer. 
2. Find your superpower 🦸🏻
There are so many fields to choose from for computer programmers. You could be an excellent mobile or game developer, web programmer in front-end and back-end, a desktop developer, and more. The question is, what interests you the most? Luckily, Google knows the answer to all questions about programming. The only thing left is to examine the fields and choose.
3. Hands on🧑🏻‍💻
Once you've decided on what you're good at, it's time to try. Yes, it's possible to write a basic code on your own without someone's help. Your first task is to tell the computer to output the "Hello World!" text. 😇
4. Hello World, I'm a developer! 🤝
Since you've successfully written your first code, you will feel inspired and enthusiastic about becoming a programmer. However, do not hurry in making a decision and give yourself some time to think about it. Did you like the experience? Then dig deeper. For example, if you think you are a front-end person, explore how the browser works. 
5. Student mode👨🏻‍🎓
When you're entirely sure about your decision, take a paper and a pen and start learning. Internet is full of free and paid courses on different topics. I'd recommend you start watching some introductory courses and then go further into advanced ones and consider getting a degree in an IT field.

If you've passed the last stages, congratulations, it seems like you're ready to enter the programming world!
