The Cancer Epigenetics Society promotes cancer and epigenetics research and supports cancer patients
We are delighted to confirm that our President & CEO, Dr. IM Bennani-Baiti, will be leading the panel discussion on “Combination therapies vs monotherapies” at the upcoming Epigenetic Therapeutic Targets Summit, taking place online on July 28, 2020.
The Summit is the very first and only virtual meeting which specifically looks at the new applications and challenges of progressing epigenetic drug candidates through early translational studies and clinical trials, such as developing potent and highly selective inhibitors with minimal off-target drug effects.
Dr. Bennani-Baiti is joining a stellar line-up of speakers from STORM therapeutics, Oryzon Genomics, Incyte, Epizyme, 4SC, GSK, Imago Biosciences, Omega Therapeutics, Genentech, Resverlogix Corp., Accent Therapeutics and more.
The Epigenetic Therapeutic Targets Summit is a rare opportunity to meet and hear from the world-class experts who are at the forefront of epigenetic research. We are looking forward to meeting you online on July 28.

Today is World Cancer Day!
The Cancer Epigenetics Society (Headquarters: Vienna; 155 member countries) and UICC - Union for International Cancer Control (Headquarters: Geneva; 171 member countries) celebrate today the work and dedication of all the cancer scientists and health professionals around the world who day after day are unraveling the causes of this disease, improving outcomes, and saving lives.
Today, we also celebrate all cancer survivors and their families and wish them the very best for a continuing remission.
This year's motto is "I am and I will": with everyone's support and dedication, cancer will become a chronic disease that can be largely prevented or managed.
The Cancer Epigenetics Society will continue working hard to get us there as fast as possible.
The Cancer Epigenetics Society is 3 years old today! In this relatively short time, the Cancer Epigenetics Society became the largest epigenetics society or association worldwide, and with members in 155 countries, also one of the largest international organizations!
The Society supports research & discovery in all fields of cancer and epigenetics, including research into chemical modifications of DNA and RNA, miRNAs and ncRNAs, histone PTMs, and chromatin remodeling machineries.
The Society brings together most scientists vested in the research of epigenetics and related fields, including those who have influenced the most the field, such as inventors of Solexa next generation sequencing (NGS) technology, 5-methylcytosine (5mC) bisulfite sequencing technique, Lasker Award and Breakthrough Prize laureates, members of the National Academy of Sciences, USA, and Fellows of the The Royal Society (of London).
The Society is also founder of the No to Cancer initiative, the only platform on Facebook to deliver practical health news in 35 languages!
We accepts year round applications from scientists, healthcare professionals, and students interested in cancer or epigenetics. ★Today only★, you may become a member ★for free★ at https://ces.b2sg.org/membership/sign-up/
