📣 📣 Important Information – Confirming Income! 📣📣

🟥 2021-2022 Financial Year

If you received CCS for 2021-2022 and you did not confirm your income by 30 June 2024:
• You may have been sent a letter telling you to repay all CCS paid during 2021-2022
• Your CCS would have cancelled from 8 July 2024. A new claim will need to resubmitted once your income has been confirmed.

🟥 2022-2023 Financial Year

If you received CCS for 2022-2023 and you did not confirm your income by 30 June 2024:
• Your payments will have stopped
• From 8 July 2024 your CCS would have reduced to 0%. Your income will need to be confirmed to reinstate your CCS Entitlements.

🟥 2023-2024 Financial Year

If you received CCS for 2023-2024 you have until 30 June 2025 to confirm your income. Failure to do so will mean:
• From 7 July 2025 your CCS will reduce to 0%

Its Harmony Day !! Today we acknowledge our communities diversity and how we all belong, we are all included 🧡 The Kookaburra children worked with orange themed activities to create conversations and express their voice through art .

What a busy week !! Busy hands , crafting, building and exploring.
A range of sensory and creative experiences have been explored this week. Its been far too hot to play outside for very long so our clever educators created a range of indoor/outdoor learning opportunities. Looks like it was fun 🤩

Getting some fresh air outside now its finally cooled down , enjoying some tummy time, exploring new textures and sensory experiences.

Will it sink or will it float ?? The Tiger room children participated in a science experiment this week, they were able to hypothesise if an object would sink and float and then investigate their hypothesis.

As part of our acknowledgement of the Luna New Year the children painted their own Ang Pao - symbolic red money bags to bring good luck and prosperity for the New Year of the Dragon 🐉

Our wonderful chef Nicole made pizzas with the children today.
After a lot of hand washing the children created their own pizzas from spreading the home made sauce to adding all the toppings. The children always love cooking experiences and it makes lunch times so much more fun 😋

This week our babies enjoyed some natural element play. Investigating textures, aromas,and taste in an immersive sensory experience that they loved !

Our chef it getting super festive, even todays fruit platters were in on the fun !! A Turkey and an Owl ...Yummm

Yesterday the graduating children celebrated their time with us. We wish them all the very best in their new adventures . We will miss all their beautiful smiling faces 🧡

Our support dog Molly is delivering some Christmas spirit today 😁🎅🎄 The children love her visits as much as Molly loves being here too !

Happy Monday everyone!

We have some very exciting news to share with you all. Last week our 2IC Izzy had the absolute privilege of attending the 2023 EVOLVE conference in the Gold Coast with other centre managers and 2IC’s from around Australia.

Unfortunately our centre manager Shaa was unable to attend due to unforeseen illness however was able to join us via FaceTime as she won the award for “most improved centre manager” out of all 25 EVOLVE centres in Australia! What an outstanding achievement Shaa!

We can’t think of anyone more deserving of this award and want to take this opportunity to thank Shaa for the incredible contribution she has made to make our centre what it is today. She has taken our centres occupancy from the mid 40’s to over 80% in just this past year, achieving an overall NPS score of 85 from last years -11 in regards to family engagement, which is a HUGE achievement!!

We can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for us and want to thank all our families, staff, and community for their ongoing support, we appreciate everyone single one of you!

Meet Molly, she is educator Amy's golden retriever. Her family breed them and Molly is destined to be a therapy dog. Today she popped in to say hello to the children. They loved it !!
Molly visited all the rooms and spent time with everyone, her gentle nature and patience was just beautiful.
We are planning on having Molly visit us on Fridays, its wonderful for her training and the children thoroughly enjoyed the interactions.

We have the best chickens ever !! They are so patient and let the children gather their eggs , clean their enclosure , refill their water and feed bowls without fuss. The children love their interaction with them .

The Koala children really enjoyed some investigative play in the glorious sun today. They investigated shape and colour with the geometric shapes and explored spatial awareness with the puzzles. They were all very busy with these activities which assisted them to engage in small groups and socialise. Looks like a lovely way to spend the morning :)

The Koala room made the most of this beautiful weather and had their nap outside today. It creates a wonderful opportunity to be in nature and fresh air, this flexibility in their routines builds resilience while supporting their needs for sleep and rest.
