We know we have pushing everyone to try this delectable treat! If you haven't given it a try, this temaki (or handroll) combines the buttery silkiness of Tasmanian uni, and fatty aromatics of Port Lincoln Bluefin Tuna, before bursts of salty ikura dance across your taste buds.
Although we say this is a special, we know that this will be a showstopper and stay on the menu for a while!

Using Koji to brine our chicken - the same ingredient that is used in sake, we sous vide our chicken low and slow before smothering it in our 5 year old tare sauce, finishing it off on our hibachi grill for maximum char and insane smoky flavour!
