NOTHING is impossible!! I also thought this journey is impossible! I have ALL these dreams and ambitious ideas i really wanted to work with but i kept failing with my mindset... it took month's to finally say goodbye to the old me and focus on now competing next year and my pt business!!
The best advice I can give you is START NOW!! start moving your body, eat healthier, make small smart goals for yourself π― you got this!!! Take them gym selfies π
Month's and many week's of HARD WORK and DEDICATION has paid off!! THIS β¬οΈβ¬οΈ hasn't happened over night but on day's i Just did not feel like training because i was to tired or sore π―
PLEASE STOP THINKING THERE IS A MAGIC SOLUTION TO WEIGHTLOSS because it takes time, patience and really wanting it bad enough you put im ALL your effort with training AND especially NUTRITION π―
I am aiming to compete next year in march!!! I have my first posing lesson om Friday and then working out when to start comp prep!! I am making my dream a reality π
I started at 87kg!! Absolutely no strengh or motivation!! Couldn't even last 5min on the stairs.. drinking every night and binge eating and now look how far i have come!!

From when i did my first hr on the stairs back on july 15th i did 866cal burn and today i managed a 908cal burn just proves the more you keep doing it the stronger and fitter you become π

So i managed to do 49 minutes on the stair master burning 700 CALORIES ππͺ it's been years since i been able to do this!!! Its taken a few month's to build up to this but im getting there!!! My aim is to burn 1,000 calories in an hr π―
ANYONE can do this you just have to want it bad enough to keep failing, getting back up and doing it again πͺ
Im so proud of myself to how far ive come π i started with no shape and absolutely no strengh especially upper body!!

So why did you stop? Was it to hard? Were you not seeing your results you wanted? Was it time? Money? Motivation?
Trust me results does not happen over night! It takes time, discipline and hard work.
It also comes down to how is your form? Are you rushing your set's or slowing it down? Are you trying to up your weight and changing you style of work out or are you doing the same work out each week? Do you have an understanding of muscle connection?
What is your nutrition like? Are you eating enough calories to build muscle and lean out? Is it well balanced with healthy fats, protein's and carbs? Are you getting enough sleep?

I learnt so much over the past year and absolutely no way I'll be where i am at right now with out having a trainer/coach teach me π―
This is the first time i have ever been This focused on my goals, absolutely no interest in partying and even on ny off day's im still here training, lifting towards my goals πͺ trust me i haven't always been this focused it's taken so many fails to get here BUT i did it π looking back to where I've started to where i am now i couldn't be more proud and it's only the beginning
I love taking photos each week to see how im progressing πͺi have come such a long way and trust me plenty of times i thought it was completely hopeless and wanted to just give up but im glad i didn't and trusted the process π
Hard work is paying off βΊ Don't stop WON'T STOP πͺ I don't just train on my own i have amazing PTs/coach's who train me every week!! Most week's i see 2 trainers to help me become the best personal trainer i can be β€ so i can give the best to my client's in every session i train them!! But i also want to look my best and get stronger each week and i wouldn't be where i am today if i didn't have my coach's by my side πͺπ―
I wouldn't be the strong successful woman i am today if i didn't have all the love and support of all my like minded girlfriends β€ to me you are family π₯°
40kg jerk and clean πͺ yes there is room for improvement BUT i have come such a long way π i want to learn power lifting and get good at it!! Such a good EMPOWERING feeling being able to lift a heavy weight!! it takes time, DEDICATION and sticking to your work out routine π―

So the left photo was taken 4/5yrs ago and yed a while back but i remember never liking how my body looked. And now looking at the right progress photo it's crazy where i started!! Oh and all the ink π BUT you can do it to!! It takes patience, dedication, hard work, being sore and tired and sticking to your work outs!! DO NOT GIVE UP you WILL get there!!
100kg 3RM deadlift ππͺlost my form a little on the last rep but i did it!! Now to work on my form with this weight and keeping pushing myself to see how heavy i can go π― new goal !! 120kg πͺ
Another PB πͺ 90kg deadlifts π nearly at my goal of 100kg!!! Thank you for being my trainer!! I have come such a long way and it's only the beginning ππͺ Its taken weeks of patience and persistence with training every week and pushing myself out of my comfort zone to finally start really lifting heavy π―
Even i have a coach!! Actually i have 3 amazing coaches who push me to where i am now π and im gonna keep having coaches and trainers train me every week so i can become the best i can be as a trainer for all of you!!!
A trainer is ment to push you out your comfort zone and show you that your way stronger then you believe you are and there is no such thing as you can't do it π« you can do it!! It takes time and trusting the process, it's not gonna happen over night!! And when your not trianing with your trainer that's when it's your job to practice what we have done in our sessions!! The more you do the more we can do and we can get you to your goals quicker πͺ

I've worked hard to change my body shape. It's been a journey but look how far ive come π i wish i took proper progress photos when i started back in june!
All i do is weight train AND i train to lift heavyπͺI'll add in HIIT sessions or have my days ill do cardio. I eat FOOD to fuel my body! Trust me ive tried every way possible to loose weight even eating under 1,000cal thinking ill get to my goal weight quirkier BUT it only slowed me down! I decided to finally listen to my body and start actually working hard for my goals!
It didn't happen over night. There has been so many times i was tired, sore, thought this weightloss was never gonna happen BUT i stuck with it π stopped weighing myself every day π€¦ββοΈ yes i did that to.. π
and now im happy healthier and getting stronger EVERY WEEK!!
I want to help so many of you who struggle with weight loss and struggle with body image!! WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL no matter what shape or size YOU ARE!!
