Living an active and healthy lifestyle goes beyond the time you spend in the gym and care you take in the kitchen.
That’s right, we’re talking incidental exercise. Have a quick reflection on when/how you may spend time sitting down (especially if it’s all at once) and brainstorm how you can get some steps in during that time.
🚌 get off the bus one stop early

🚶take walking breaks at work
We wanna see the most creative ways you can get 10,000 steps in EVERY DAY.
