Orange chocolate tart🍊made entirely from plants?! With recipes like this, eating green is getting easier every day!

What you'll need for the crust🥧
-2 cups coconut or almond flour
-1/4 cup melted coconut oil
-3 tbsp maple syrup
-1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
-1/4 cup water

For the filling🌱
-1 1/2 cups canned coconut milk or cream
-1 tbsp of coconut oil
-350 grams of dark vegan chocolate chopped
-1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
-1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-1 tbsp orange zest
-3 tsp maple syrup (optional)

And for the toppings🌱
-Orange zest
-Sliced oranges
-Pomegranate arils

How to put it all together🥣
-Mix crust ingredients together in a bowl
-Put mix on a parchment paper-lined tart pan
-Distribute the crust evenly, pressing around the edges
-Poke several holes in the center of the crust with a fork
⏲️ Bake the crust for 15 min at 350°F
🥧 Take it out and set it aside

For the filling🥣
-Heat the coconut milk in a sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil
-Lower the heat and add coconut oil, chopped chocolate pieces, maple syrup, vanilla, orange zest, salt
-Combine until the filling is smooth
-Pour the filling into the crust slowly
⏲️ Carefully transfer the tart to the fridge and leave for at least 5 hours to set
