β Aim to be a LIFELONG LEARNER.
It is one of the best goals you can have for yourself.
It's fun to learn and personally I find those who think they 'know-it-all' - rather painful π₯±
While we like to think we can do many things at once the truth is we can't.
I've found this out the hard way. Please learn from my mistakes - resist distraction, FOCUS! π
I think sometimes we all fake it to some extent. You know 'put on a brave face'.
But for some it's really, really tough to do this ALL the time.
I'm not sure what's the best way to help but I think being kind, thoughtful, understanding is a good start.

Being an A-grade procrastinator myself I fully appreciate how debilitating it can be.

I did this for years but I'm much better at saying 'no thanks' these days.
β My tip - don't lie, don't give an excuse but just give an honest 'no thanks' with a smile on your face.

I've been told many times I move too slow ... apparently, it can be quite annoying π
so I may not have my family's total support for this saying π
I think if we accept we're all different and that's OK ... the world would be a much more peaceful place βοΈ
I get we're all busy but if you don't allow some time for yourself each day maybe we've got our priorities all wrong!
When you think about it; what you do in each moment accumulates to create your life ... moments matter.
It's all too easy to focus on what is going wrong, in fact, our brains are hardwired to do so.
I encourage you to change your inner narrative and instead focus on the possibility at least that things will turn out well for you.
