A new customer, who recently moved to Adelaide, was having trouble with his gears following the last service by his old bike shop. 🤔

While there were several issues which needed to be addressed, this particular aspect was a lot more obvious. (For those who haven't solved it, the cassette has been assembled incorrectly; look at the sizes of the cogs on the left.)

The bike is now back on the road, with smooth-running gears and a very happy rider. 😁
